Death & Resurrection - Germany

Gitti was rushed to a specialized emergency hospital.  When her son, Jurgen and the pastor, AGWM personnel, Steve Dunn arrived at the intensive care unit, Gitti was unconscious, dried blood marked her body and tubes were everywhere.  Dunn relates, “We poured oil on her forehead, asking God to do a miracle of resurrection, sang a few worship songs and blessed the room and all who would enter into it.”

Two days later, Gitti was still unconscious, but her condition was stable enough for another operation.  The doctors needed to remove tissues that were left in her body to help stop the internal bleeding, and if possible, they wanted to complete the previous operation.  At exactly 10:30 in the morning, the operation began and was expected to last four to five hours.  Precisely at this moment, the congregation that was gathered for a service at the church began to pray and asked that the power of the resurrection would be revealed in Gitti.  The operation went extremely well and lasted just two hours.

The next day, Gitti regained consciousness and could respond to questions by nodding her head. The following day, the doctors took the breathing tube out of her mouth and Gitti could talk.  She has since finished with rehab and one would not know that she ever had this near death experience. The doctors again recently confirmed that it is beyond reason that Gitti walks and talks.  But with God. all things are possible.
